When will I get my product?
After placing your order and completing payment you will receive your product(s) including the license keys in your mailbox.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes we have a 14-day refund policy. You can read more about it on the Refund Policy page.
How long is my license valid?
When buying a product on Shop Plugins you’re buying a 1-year license that gives you access to updates and support. After a year you can renew your license for another year of updates (see below). Don’t want to renew? That’s fine. You can still use the plugin; however, you won’t receive updates or support.
How can I renew my license?
If you’re license is about to expire you will receive a email with instructions. You can also login to your account, click View Licenses to view renewal and upgrade options.
I have multisite, what license should I buy?
We suggest buying multiple licenses with enough sites to match the number of sites in your installation.
How do I get updates?
You will get update notifications in your plugins dashboard and you can download the latest version from there. You can also login to the account area to view and download plugin zip files.

Do you do customizations?
Customizations that require a lot of custom coding are not part of the standard support scope. If you are in a position where you do need custom coding please get in touch to discuss your project.
I’m buying this for a client, how do I do that?
The best thing to do is have your client create an account and purchase the plugin then give you the zip file and license.
I’m a developer, how do I use this plugin on a development site?
You can install the plugin on a development site and it will be functional. If you don’t activate the license you won’t be notified of updates or be able to access automatic updates.
